For admission to Class XII
Documents to be submitted (for Admission to Class XII)
Along with the Registration / Application Form :

| 3 | Migration Certificate from the Board |
| 4 | A photocopy of the student's Passport ( with pages of Date of Birth, valid Resident Permit, and Names of the Parents ) |
| 5 | A photocopy of the parents' Passport ( with pages of Date of Birth and valid Resident Permit ) |
| 6 | Two recent passport-size colour photographs of the student. |
| 7 | Eligibility Certificate from CBSE ( if the student migrates from another country and was following another curriculum – other than CBSE ) |
| 8 | The parent has to submit a letter stating the reason for shifting to the new school. |
| 9 | A copy of the father's Job Transfer Order or Offer Letter given to him by the Company in Qatar has to be submitted. |
| 10 | Photocopy of the Registration Card from CBSE ( if the student joins during the middle of the academic year ) If the parents have not yet received the Registration Card from CBSE ( through the previous school ), then, a copy of the extract of the Online Registration with CBSE should be collected from the previous school and submitted. |
