The Governing Council consists of 8 members - 3 from Birla Education Group (India) along with 5 promoters, one being the Chairman of the School.

Governing council meets regularly to discuss the policy matters and is the supreme body in the running of the school. Their decisions are to be implemented in the school through the Principal.

            An Executive committee comprising of the Principal and the Manager of the school will be responsible for the day to day functioning of the school and reporting to the Governing Council.

            An Advisory council including 3 representatives from the Birla Education Group, 3 members from the Governing Council and 3 life members meet periodically and evaluate the professional functioning of the school and its curriculum.
