Registration / Admission Procedure
A prospective parent meets the Secretary at the reception, ensures seat availability and comes to the Accounts Department to buy the prospectus. Following that, the Registration Form in the Prospectus will be filled-in by the parent and submitted at the reception with the following supporting documents :
a) A copy of the Student’s Birth Certificate
b) A copy of relevant pages of the Student’s Passport ( R.P. page is a must )
c) A copy of the Parent’s ID card
d) A copy of the recent Report Card from the School last studied
( Not applicable for Kindergarten Children )
e) Two recent Passport-size colour photos ( name of the student should be written on
the backside of each of the photographs )
If the above-mentioned supporting documents are not available at the time of submitting the Registration Form, the parent can submit it later. While submitting the filled-in Registration Form, the parent will get the Admission Test syllabus and an Admission Card / a Provisional Admission Card in which the date and time of the Admission Test would be mentioned. If the Student’s Resident Permit is not submitted along with the Registration Form, the parent will get only a Provisional Admission Card.
On the Test date, the children should come to the School with the Admission Card / Provisional Admission Card and take the Test. Followed by the Test, there will be an interview / interaction with the parents and children as well.
Once the Admission is confirmed, the parent can come to the Accounts Department and pay the fees, collect the uniform, textbooks, enquire about the availability of School Transport in your area and pay the Transport fees too. Later, in a week's time, they have to submit the Original Transfer Certificate from the school last studied at the Administrative block.
After collecting the uniform, in a week's time, the parent has to submit 4 stamp-sized photographs of his / her child ( in full school uniform – with blazer ).
